We ship to the lower 48 States and Canada. Sorry, but we don't ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska. Canadian buyers are responsible for any duty or customer brokerage taxes. We will not ship to PO Boxes or APO Addresses. Please note we do not ship to the following Canadian Zip Codes: A0K, A0P, A0Q, A0R, A2V and X0A - Y9Z.
None of our products are dropshipped. We warehouse and ship all of our products.

Anybody who has won our auctions must pay through our checkout system in order for us to process
your order. You must still go through the checkout system even if you are mailing us checks or money order. Anybody who fails to do

We are open from Monday Thru Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time. All e-mails will be responded to within 24 hours. You may e-mail us on the weekend, but we will not be able to respond until business hours.
Policies
1. All customers must contact us via email at and download our ROF (Return Order Form). Please fill it out as completely as possible and send the form along with the returned package back to us.
2. In spite of the issue, customer’s item must be returned to our facility (with the ROF) at the buyers shipping expense. If we receive an item without the RETURN ORDER FORM (ROF) your claim will not by process.
3. Upon receipt of the item and completions of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the order is found to be defective, we can either grant a full refund (Credit Card, Paypal, or check), or a replacement with no additional cost. If the order is not found to be defective and we grant a refund, 80% of your original payment. Our warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, modified, repaired or abused by anyone. Best Choice Products reserves the right as final authority on whether the products should be replaced or refunded.
4. Best Choice Products will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product.
