Whether you are a hobbyist, a student, or just wanting to learn about renewable energy and hydrogen production…this is the unit for you. This hydrogen generator does not build up high and dangerous pressures. Whether you want to power a fuel cell, lift balloons or supplement the combustion of another process such as your vehicle’s engine…you need a clean source of hydrogen to start with. Chemical Mode: No electricity required!!! It works on a simple and very inexpensive chemical reaction using aluminum and water! Super High Output! Makes up to 4 Liters / minute (even more in certain conditions) but the hydrogen output can and will vary greatly depending on the concentration of electrolyte you add and the surface area of the exposed aluminum inside the generator. Many small pieces will react much faster than one large piece but will not last as long. Thinner pieces, such as foil or drill shavings provide good balance and are preferred since they are clean and react most completely. Make hydrogen from waste such as foil or soda & beer cans! Each gram of Aluminum can react to produce 1.2 liters of hydrogen at standard atmospheric pressure. You control the hydrogen production... in this unit by deciding how much electrolyte (available at your grocery store) and how much aluminum you use. A collection of safety tips, general information and of course, full instructions for the generator are included. Although this generator is designed to produce hydrogen at low pressure, it easily seals to higher pressures so that balloons etc. can be easily inflated to store the hydrogen. YES, this will improve your vehicle's mileage! There are many third party proofs of this technologies' effectiveness. They all document reduced emissions, improved horsepower & responsiveness and fuel economy increases varying from 5-25%. These numbers are, of course dependant on your vehicle, your set up and how heavy your foot is while driving. A recent study in In the past, I have not promoted this aspect of hydrogen generation, but it is, by far the greatest reason people buy this generator. In response to this need I have included an extra page in the instructions to address this very application. It includes installation & safety considerations and some common sense safety tips (that may not be so common!), hose routing tricks etc. If you plan to use this in your vehicle, you might as well get the safest and best value for your time and money.

1. As I cannot control your usage or installation of this product, I cannot be responsible for your set up or misuse of this product. We offer a quality product, detailed manual and safety information.
2. This generator is intended to create the hydrogen as it is used. That means it is NOT intended to build up substantial pressures inside. However, I have been very successful in sealing the unit to greater pressures (ie. enough to blow up a balloon) I have included tips, tricks and pictures in the manual to help you do this if you want to give it a try.
3. Optional components such as flash back arrestors and filters are NOT INCLUDED as it is impossible to predict your application and will just add unnecessary cost for everyone. Tips and tricks are included in the manual to show you how to do this for free!
