STORE POLICIES
All sales are final. However, if the wrong item was shipped or the item is defective, you can return it within 7 days of your receipt. We will send a replacement if item is in stock or a full refund if the item is out of stock. There is absolutely no return of any kind after 7 days. Please remember to include your eBay item number with the return or it will not be processed. We reserve the right to refuse return if the item has been misused, modified, repaired or abused. We are not responsible for return shipping.
Team K Motorsports will not be liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any nature arisen from our items or the sale of our items. All pictures and description are representations of the actual item. However, manufacturers may make changes to their products without notice. These changes included but not limited to design, content, appearance, packaging, power ratings and speed of their products. We make every effort to accurately describe our items with the assistance of manufacturers. We are not responsible for variances caused by manufacturers.
By placing a bid, you acknowledge you have read and agreed with all of our terms, and committed to completing the transaction.
SHIPPING
We ship to physical address in the lower 48 States in the Continental U.S. via FedEx, UPS or USPS at our discretionary. Shipping charge for shipment to other places including P.O. Box will be higher. Please inquire for detail before bidding.
We will make every attempt to ship your order within 3 business days after your payment is cleared. You will receive tracking number and estimated time of arrival via email after your order has been picked up. Please check your email and/or junk mail box before contacting us for tracking information.
PAYMENT
Buyer can pay by credit cards or PayPal. Payment is expected within 5 days of auction closing.
An 8.25% sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped to California.
