RETURNS
We have a very strict refund policy. Please be sure to inspect the item as soon as possible. Requests for refunds should be made via email and will not be accepted if we are contacted 2 days after you receive your item (i.e. – if Fedex delivers your on Monday 3PM, you have until Wednesday 3PM of the same week to request a refund). All refunds are less shipping. We will answer your email notifying you whether the item qualifies to be refunded. If it qualifies, you may ship the item, in its original packaging, back to our warehouse (this cost is nonrefundable). Please email us with the following information:
- eBay username
- Auction number
- Problem/reason for refund
Please print this email and include it in the package being shipped back.Once we receive the package, we will inspect the item for the defects/problems specified in your email. Once deemed reasonable, we will issue you a full refund. (less shipping)
We do not issue exchanges because we may be out of stock on your specific product when your request is made.
