• This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
• All items will be dispatched from our warehouse in China or Hong Kong directly.
• We will ship worldwide EXCEPT Nigeria, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Macau
• Due to Custom restrictions, we do not ship lighters to United States, laser pointer to Australia, MP3/MP4 players and laser pointer to Germany
  
• Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are fixed per item (each auction is considered 1 item); any variable quantity purchase listing such as an eBay Store listing, shipping rate is calculated based on the quantity purchased. This applies even if the items are sent in the same package. Please factor in the S&H charges before you place your bid.
• All our items will be shipped to buyer's PayPal address, please confirm your address on PayPal before you bid.
• Optional shipping insurance is offered (for both domestic and international buyers). We are not responsible for uninsured items lost in transit.

• eCheque will be held until cleared.

• The photos are just for illustration purposes only.
• No sales tax is required.
• Please be advised that the Customs Department of your country could impose duty or sales tax on your ordered item when it enters your country.
  However, based on our experience, it seldom happens to small lot orders like ours. Do find out the local regulations and the maximum value of import for duty exemption. We would appreciate your understanding that we cannot be responsible for any tax or duty charged by custom on the purchase.
• Return Policy:
  Defective/ Wrong Items - within the warranty period,
  Non-Defective Merchandise (20% restocking fee will be charged) - within 14 days of receipt
• If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please kindly contact our customer service representatives via email for an authorized RMA number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a completed RMA.
• Warranty period: Default 90 days warranty (starting from the dispatch date) for all products, unless specified on the specific item pages.
• Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
• Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.
