The dress has matching pantaloons. The zippered back has a long tie back that makes a large bow. The 100% cotton dress is size 3 months and measures 13 ½ inches long from the shoulder to the bottom of the skirt. This dress comes to you brand new with the original hang tags from Little Me.. This dress is much more beautiful in person, the photograph does not do it justice
